About ONLINE MD Gifts:

• ONLINE MD Gifts are available for merchandise pre-orders. You will receive the gifts accordingly (i.e. Bookmark, Postcard Set) when you collect your pre-ordered items.
• Please note that redemption limits apply for online MD gifts: Each customer may receive up to 30 x Bookmarks and 12 x Postcard Sets in a single order.
