Do I need to make a reservation?
For 26 – 28 Sep 2025:
Please be informed that the above dates are reservations only. You must have a reservation and you are required to dine-in to purchase ALIEN STAGE merchandise.
You will be asked to present your F&B receipt before you’re able to purchase merchandise.
Please note that you will only be able to enter the cafe and purchase ALIEN STAGE merchandise at your reserved timeslot.
For 29 Sep 2025 onwards:
You are highly encouraged to make a reservation before visiting the cafe, to avoid any disappointment. Please be informed that customers with reservations will be prioritized. You are advised to plan your visit to the cafe in advance. If reservation slots on the website have been fully booked, walk-ins will not be accepted. Walk-ins may only be accepted if there are available seats, on a case-by-case basis.
I have a dining reservation at 7pm. Can I enter the cafe to purchase merchandise at 1pm?
For 26 – 28 Sep 2025:
You will only be able to enter the cafe and purchase ALIEN STAGE merchandise at your reserved timeslot. E.g. If your reservation is at 7pm, you may enter and purchase ALIEN STAGE merchandise at 7pm.
For 29 Sep 2025 onwards:
You may walk-in to purchase merchandise at any time, regardless of your dining reservation timeslot.
How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are only available via our website. Please note that we do not take any reservations via phone or social media, and our landline is currently not available. We also do not accept same day reservations.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You would have received an email upon completing the reservation form on our website. You may make any changes or cancel your reservation by clicking the link in the email. Any changes to your reservation should be made up to 24 hours before your reserved date and time. Afterwhich, no changes can be made.

For visitors coming via public transport:
Nearest MRT stations are – Esplanade MRT and City Hall MRT.
From Esplanade MRT, go towards Exit D. Take the lift or escalators up to Level B, CityLink Mall. Turn right and go straight until you reach the escalators on the right. Take the escalator and go through the Esplanade Tunnel to Esplanade Mall.
From City Hall MRT, take Exit C towards CityLink Mall. Walk through CityLink Mall and take the escalator which leads you into the Esplanade Tunnel. Go through the Esplanade Tunnel to get to Esplanade Mall.
Can I enter the restaurant while in cosplay?
Yes, we welcome cosplay!
Is the café certified halal?
Our cafe is not certified halal, but all of our ingredients are from halal sources. Our food and drinks also do not contain pork, lard or alcohol.
